One of Larry’s main themes of “Acting Like Men” comes from Paul’s admonition in 1 Cor. 16:13-14, “Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love.” His presentations teach men how to do just that!
Welcome to the site of Larry Miller and Kathy Collard Miller.
We are authors and speakers and we are delighted that you have found our website. We were married in 1970 and had little inkling of the pain that this new union would bring. But God was not surprised by our choices and used them to break us and reveal our great need for a great Savior. We entered marriage knowing little of our shallow commitments to each other and to God, and how that would launch our lives on a painful journey.
After 7 years of marriage our relationship was pretty much shattered. Kathy learned to hate Larry and Larry learned to really love his career. With both of us focused on our all-consuming personal needs, all seemed lost. But by God's grace and mercy, He restored our love and commitment toward Him and each other. He then opened doors around the world for us to share our journey and transformation at conferences, retreats, and from the pulpit. We speak together and individually and have been blessed to author nearly 50 books and Bible Studies.
We will never be the same because of His touch on our lives and we are eager to share His restoration story with your group or church. We are available for:
- couples at a marriage retreat or conference setting
- women at a retreat, conference, or event
- men at a retreat, conference or event.
